Training Services
Attorney Nesson offers a variety of trainings in conflict resolution, negotiation and mediation. He also provides trainings and seminars on diversity, antidiscrimination and prevention of sexual harassment.Alex Nesson is an approved trainer for Mass Commission Against Discrimination. He has been a SCORE peer mediation trainer and coordinator at high schools. He has trained and taught at schools, colleges, businesses and agencies. He has been on the REDRESS panel for EEOC disputes at the US Post Office.
Attorney Nesson provides individually tailored trainings and seminars. The initial meeting is free of charge. The focus will be on educating the student or employee through hands on interactive role play and group activities. There will be discussions of the law as related to the context of the group
